So apparently Idris Elba's name is popping up all over the place as a possible member of the Jurassic World (aka Jurassic Park 4) cast. It hasn't been confirmed, but they sound like they maybe could be reliable sources. We will wait and see, and by "wait and see" I obviously mean "mentally write a version of the movie where Bryce Dallas Howard is killed in the first act and Idris Elba becomes Josh Brolin's co-star for the remainder," where by "co-star" I obviously mean, "fuckbuddy." Obviously. Also...
... now that Pacific Rim is out on BluRay we're getting looks at the extras and sure enough there was a scene cut out of the film where we got to see Idris shirtless. Boo, Guillermo! Boo. Cut happy bastard. Also...

That's such a bad fake, honey. The guy in the robe is standing next to "Idris" yet in the mirror Idris should be obstructing our view of robe man but doesn't because he's missing.
Idris is British and from what I've seen it appears as though full frontal nudity seems to be some sort of rite of passage for UK actors, so technically he should have done one by now but I think his lack of any kind of "sexualized depiction" can be attributed to UK film makers/TV producers being fearful of depicting a black man in an overly sexual way to a predominantly white audience.
Seriously though, find one instance of a black actor starring in a British production and exhibiting ANY kind of nudity.

I think Dan is wrong. It may not be Elba, but the mirror thing isn't true. Elba, wouldn't be blocking the robed man from appearing in the mirror because the robed man is in the foreground and is actually further away from Elba than it appears at first. You can see Elba's reflection in the mirror , it's just further away from the robed man because of the angles of the mirror.

Isn't anyone old enough to remember Idris's hilarious role as a rent boy in an episode of "Absolutely Fabulous"? We did get to see him naked in a rear view but, alas, his rear is not his best feature.
